Mom and Dad painted more ceilings and primed/painted more trim. Mom also took the boarder down in the upstairs bathroom and the guest bedroom. Nate and I picked out more paint. At this point, we had picked colors for the foyer, upstairs living room, downstairs living room, two spare bedrooms, and our office. We're getting somewhere. It is so hard to pick out colors for every room in the house. All of the colors have to be Nate approved, but we agreed on a sweet color for the office. I like the colors we've picked out. We went to Menards and got a light fixture for the foyer and then went to Home Depot to get more paint. I should add that Behr paint is among the top rated paints according to Consumer Reports. Buyer beware: it is super thick so it takes more than you think to cover a room and the color selection/matching leaves something to be desired, but the price is definitely right.
